For Netscape Navigator users- You will see a
padlock icon in bottom left corner in the status bar (lower
side of the browser). If the padlock is locked, the site
is secure. Clicking on this lock will gives further Security
information about the page.
If your browser
settings does not support Secure Mode, you can change the
settings by following procedure :
For Internet Explorer users :
1. Click on 'Tools' in the menu bar.
2. Select 'Internet Options'.
3. Select 'Advanced'.
4. Go to 'Security' by browsing down.
5. Check that columns 'Use SSL2' and 'Use SSL3' are ticked.
(For receiving a warning every time when you switch between Secure
and Non-Secure pages tick the column 'Warn if
changing between secure and non-secure mode'.)
For Netscape Navigator users :
1. Click on 'Communicator' in the menu bar.
2. Select 'Tools'.
3. Select 'Security info'.
4. Select 'Navigator'.
5. Check that column 'Enable SSL v2' and 'Enable SSL v3' are
ticked.
(For receiving a warning every time when you switch between Secure
and Non-Secure pages tick the columns 'Entering
an encrypted site' & 'Leaving an encrypted
site'.)
